YHMA, No of course i was not implying that hitting your head and crying are attention seeking. i do, however, think that you have a tendency to engage in manipulative attention seeking behavior and don't even realize it. i still think therapy would be good for you, personally, as well as good for your relationship. Good, :) I will admit that there are times I am cranky and I bait daddy so we'll get into it have a good loud yelling fest an then get it off our chests. O dear. Don't bait him into fights. :( You could probably get the same satisfaction by talking it out with him, perhaps after a drink or two. If all else fails- go pick a fight with a stranger. (Also bad, but not as bad perhaps? I do it occasionally. [:D] )

Alcohol has a fairly well proven history of making a heated arguments worse. As for picking fights with strangers, why should an innocent person be the brunt of your issues?
