And adults can fairly chose when they're wasting their time with those repeatedly guilty of the waste.
No sane person expects he or she has any obligation to read every opinionated link someone posts. A handful of posters practically make a career of this. A filter--just as you probably have a junk mail filter--is a reasonable approach in the face of what approaches spam.
If the same posters presented reasoned arguments to work through their positions, I'd have no problem with that whatsoever. In fact, I've frequently had debates with posters I genuinely respect, and I appreciate learning and understanding their views and the reasons for them. All this is fine.
The nonsense is not. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Everyone else is entitled not to care.
