After having looked for a "real" (all metal, locking) Kali's Teeth Bracelet for years(including on here over four years ago), a man with whom I was discussing a different device offered to make one form me. Basically a bed of nails locked around a flaccid penis, it bites if the wearer even thinks about getting an erection.
