An associate once asked Me to take an online sub up in the northeast. I gave him online assignments which he followed through with via webcam, reading instructions, writing assignments, in short an online intro into "WIITWD". He was great fun, a good sport, and we both enjoyed the relationship for a long time.
You can actually do a lot online via webcam. Have him build a low cost 'wooden horse', have him buy and initiate himself to anal toys, and incorporate online pain play as hard core as you're willing to have him act out: clamps, pins, zippers, needles, explore devil's chambers and various chastity devices. You can instruct a boy on cam to complete just about as many activites as you can a boy standing in front of you, but you're naturally limited to self flaggellation activities as far as paddles and whips go. Self bondage can carry with it great risk, proceed with caution.
Of course, feminization activities are great via web cam if that's your thing and the simple act of putting on a collar, cuffs and chains to show Me via webcam was a significant intro for the boy.
It took a great deal of creative thinking, and time, to come up with the assignments to a point where they would actually teach some protocol and explore his interests. He had a blast.
The time factor is what eventually ended the relationship, I simply didn't have the time to keep devoting to online instruction.
At some point, one runs out of ideas for online, self imposed activities and the boy has to go find a RT Domina.
My boy found his 'One' and I'd like to think his 'training' had something to do with the success of their relationship.
I had fun with it. As with anything else, you get out of it what you put into it.
