Black ice and a wall of death approach to mini roundabouts on a moped.
Sulphuric acid and broken test tubes with your finger inside.
Getting your finger caught in a sprocket/chain of a bike.
Filtering between a construction wagon and an artic at 105mph with three inches total clearance cos you're late for work.
Carrying your girlfriend's daughter on your shoulders for eight hours.
Mixing every chemical in your lav to clean it.
Dropping a cigar in to the lav when you've finished with it.
Shooting your best mate in the face.
Hacking the PC of the head of IT at school to leave him a message.
Regularly dislocating your shoulder to sober up.
Setting your hand on fire after refilling a Zippo.

Why do we do these things?

Actually for the cabin I think what happened is that the power was knocked out and some idiot turned on the electric generatror and did not vent it properly. They all went to sleep and died of CO2 poisoning. It happens more often than a plain crash.
