>>How much and what is the color. I assume that's meant for me. Actually quite reasonable, but first understand what you get. I got the 3000 upgrade so I need one pin, spacer and ring. I have now also broken the longest pin by foolishly forcing a Jones type lock onto it. All is not lost. Anyone can walk into a hardware store and buy pins and spacers. In fact by getting metal spacers you enhance security even more. If you want secure use stainless, if you want cuttable use aluminum. If you want me to do the legwork and purchase and include an assembly of pins and spacers similar to what they supplied in plastic I can do that. My time is valuable so I'll charge, but not much. OK, so much for those issues, here's what you get: CB2000 cage, used, pins cut down to ½". Four of the five rings which are solid. $45+actual shipping. (from the UPS calculator) If you find that you can use the cage with the pins at ½" you can use the above with pins and washers from a hardware store, but a GOOD hardware store. If you just walk in Lowe's it'll take you a while to find out IF they even have the right selection. If I do the legwork I'll probably have to travel a bit, possibly more than one store I'm going to assume. If you opt only for the cage and rings I will give you accurate measurements of the OEM items. Then you can call ahead and save a bit of time, if I do it I can just take them with me. I know where the Mom and Pop hardware stores are in town, I have the OEM items. If I go and buy all this, recreate the original set I'd say it would cost about $10-15. It might take me an hour and some gasoline, so I charge double, which nets me somewhere between $10 and $15. I make $20 an hoiur at work so this is not a bad deal. Actually I'm not taking the money, I'l just duplicate the set for myself. For that consideration I'll throw in the medium POI. I paid $20+shipping for the set so it's about worth $7 or so. If, on the other hand you want no metal for airport reasons or something I could send you all my plastic hardware, I dunno what I want for that yet. This particular ball is in your court. Plastic hardware makes destruction of the core device unnecessary in case of emergency and that is another consideration. Playing the odds, one of the four remaining A rings should be the right size. If you were to get a bolt and nut and use that for practice and sizing it would be infinitely adjustable. Perhaps one day I could drill you a custom pin, one that fits to the exact millimetre and yields the lowest profile. This also takes the weight of the lock out of the vantage point on your scrotum. (IF YOU USE A SCREW OR BOLT USE A NYLON ONE, otherwise you'll gall the holes) Whatever you want to do lemme know. Save some shipping and have it ready out the box might be worth it. If you want to experiment and "screw" around with it that's fine too. In fact it might be a good idea. If the deal includes my plastic hardware, the shortest pin and one spacer will not ship immediately. I am currently using them and there is definitely no way to ship them for at least four weeks, and probably much longer. I can send everything else but I will ship those items later, at my own expense, IF you decide you want the plastic pieces/parts. Contact me on my collarme mail if interested. Cheap at $45, but remember the ½" pins. If you will need more than that for scrotum that's a problem. However it is quite generous in the other axis, you get alot of space around. And the ½", we are talking at surface. The blood veesels are not that big, and if you wear it too loose you get a situation where your testicle gets a third of the way through it. This is not good for a round thing, there is alot more pressure when this happens. Sometimes tighter is better, especially if it's still secure with a larger A ring. More comfy. _________________________________________________________ Right now this offer is for the OP, but if he declines, it's open to anyone. It is sitting in the box doing me no good right now.
