I didn't vote for the guy, but want to see the details, before I decide. I seriously doubt it to be some sort of Facist goon squad.
I was disapointed with the homeland security force and TSA that was created (and it was created with the pressure of Filibuster, a bad compromise). I want to see something along the lines of the coast guard with units devoted to airline and shipping security, others for Bio events, others for Chemical or nuclear events (be they accidental or Terroristic), and ready to handle any sort of emergency like Katrina or oil spills. Folks that run drills, and specialized teams on call. Some people could be full time, others on more of Nat Guard type thing.
If Obama proposes something like that, I will be pretty happy.
