Status: offline 		Great article, have tried and failed several times with sub, but now will try again. Always thought my hand is too big, but according to article not so.

I have very large hands - quite wide across the knuckles (4" when held in a 'spear' with thumb tucked under) - but I have yet to see a non-premature baby's head that is as small as my fist - and if a baby's head can come out, my fist can go in (eventually - with lots and lots of lube and mucho patience)

Status: offline 		You need to make sure that she is turned on to the hilt before doing it. Don't make it the first thing you try. Do all kinds of things to her that drive her wild. When she is in that state, it is much easier to do.

Many women have a cut made between their vagina and anus to help give birth, that is where i tore during a fisting, so not everyone who gave birth can handle a fist.

Status: offline 		Thank you proudsub! I too had an episiotomy and like it or not a fist just does so NOT want to go in there. Lots and lots of lube, excitment is definately notttttttt missing but the pain and tearing just aren't worth it.

If you seriously want to try fisting and are afraid of tearing or opening an old episiotomy, try massaging and stretching gently the skin between the vaginal and anal openings.

i had an episiotomy for my first child, tore with my second and with my third, the nurse did that massage/stretch procedure and i did not tear or need to be cut. i have also been vaginally fisted without a problem.

It worked for me, but may not for you. Just an option to think about...hope it helps someone. :)
