Weren't the TV duos listed single sex, i.e. no couples?

But I like our version more-

Boris and Natasha - Yaaayyy...  (Now ve get moose und squirrel?)

Nobody mentioned one of my favorite duos yet- Agent 86 and 99.  (Get Smart)

Somehow Crockett and Tubbs doesn't seem to cut it as a duo over time, but what about Simon & Simon?

Butch Cassidy and Sundance (or Newman and Redford if you prefer- gotta be one of the best buddy teams of all.)

Napolean and Ilya?  (Man from UNCLE, Robert Wagner and David MacCallum)  Well, maybe not, they weren't such great buddies.

that is a tough one

i liked hawkeye and trapper and hawkeye and BJ
i liked perry mason and Hamilton Burger.
i love Brennan and Booth on BONES
but my favorite has to be:

siskel and ebert
