Don't forget you can whip chocolate, too. In my younger days I ate all types of chocolate, but I generally avoided dark chocolate. You know those famous bags of Hershey's bars with the 4 types of small bars in them: Crackle, Mr. Goodbar, Plain and Special Dark. I would never eat the Special Dark. Today, it's the exact opposite. I figure if you are going to eat chocolate, then it might as well be the good stuff that is also good for you. Dark chocolate is high in antioxidants. I usually buy Green & Black's organic chocolate at the Whole Foods market. I sometimes get the chocolate covered coffee beans there, too. I guess this proves the old adage: once you go dark, you don't go back. :-)
