My Mistress and I have been together for 2 years.  She has had sex with other men during that time, but only 3 times in my presence,  once with my participation with her only and a different time with me unsuccessfully trying to fluff (he could not get hard for either of us).   She is interested in male on male action! YEA!  The question is...when she picks someone up at a bar to have sex with, does she just outright ask them if they want to include her cuck? or how has this worked for those women who have done this?  She is very hesitant to broach the subject with them and thus it does not end up happening.  The times it has happened were with men we both already knew.

This kind of sucks for an answer, but honestly, I just tend to run into the right people at the right time.  I know it would sound more glamorous if I said I moved the heavens and the earth to make it happen, but frankly, sometimes it just falls into My lap.  I'm just lucky that way.

Of course, once meeting people, I definitely suggest using the direct approach.  Have her feel out the territory by asking some indirect questions and then moving further.  It can be made easier by asking a few general things about voyeurism and exhibitionism.  Do either of these things turn the other person on?  Would an audience give the encounter a special kind of thrill?  How about you as the cuck licking her after his act was finished?

Unless you have a history with the OP that I'm not aware of, you know very little about him and his relationship.  In any case, I can't see why he should need to prove the caliber of his relationship to you. 

To the OP:  My understanding is that couples looking for a bull are in high demand.  I imagine that, when looking for casual sex, it's probably simpler to meet men in bars, but you and your Mistress are looking for something a little more specialized.  You might have more luck looking online.  Craigslist might be good for this sort of thing.

Seriously, I think that it's possible to find this. The only advice I can offer here really is to head over to a gay / bi / bar where the men are more apt to dig it.

I don't own bimales nor am I interested in them at all but I do have to ask this question:

Does your Mistress REALLY pick men up at bars and have casual sex with them?  I didn't think people did stuff like that in this day and age even WITH protection.  And for you to even suggest that she bring a stranger home to you is well, pretty irresponsible and quite scary.

Seems to Me with the number of bi-male subs here on CM you could find one in your area willing to comply.  I think it would be a tad safer (although you still never know) but at least you could find out something about them beforehand.  But as someone here also observed you didn't say this was for BDSM or forced bi experience.  Many bimales here also want the BDSM added on: is that the goal with you as well or all you want is the sex? I agreed with the idea of posting an advertisement on something like Criagslist.
She could also create a profile here with her desires, or any other dating site really. Even something like OKCupid.

As far as in the everyday world, I guess she'll just have to be able to bring it up directly, or have a conversation that leads to the possibility of it being discussed as LP suggested. You could also go to a swingers club of some kind, if you're in any metropolitan area there is probably groups who cater to, well, groups.

Also make sure you absorb as much of the horrified criticism you can from some of the responses!

Do you know him in real life? I reread the OP and looked at his profile and neither one gave me enough info to determine that much about his relationship.

First i would cauction picking up any unkown at a Bar then having sex with them that night. With that being said, if this is her idea she should only be wanting to do it with a man of her chosing, maybe someone she runs across in life that she would want to include. This takes time and doesn't happen over night. If she is looking for incounters, she will run across them. Women rather they are aware of it or not,.  always have men who would jump at an opertunity to score with them.  On the other hand us men don't have women flock to us like men do women.

did u ask her about the process...as it concerns u?
that is where u should start questioning. if u r not a poly household or if she doesnt already have multiple boys, then u should know what her thoughts are...not necessarily ours.
