When I was a supervisor at a major hospital, one of my duties was to make rounds. When I got to the ER, I would take a look at the charts on the counter to get a sense of the workload. During one such evening, I was aghast to see that there was a young man in one of the treatment rooms whose vibrator had broken off waaaay inside his rectum. The battery portion was inside, and he was unable to get it out. You can only imagine the staffs reaction to this. I did try to maintain my decorum, but I just HAD to walk by to see this person for myself. What was most shocking to me was that he was sitting in the chair, legs crossed, reading a magazine!!!. If it were me, I think I would have died a thousand deaths[:o]
