Don't have many suggestions until some of these new questions are answered. My main questions are 1. What is your diet like? and do you take any supplements etc. 2. What are your sleep habits. Both of those can cause fatigue if you're not getting enough(or too much) sleep, or not eating right. I know when I get too much sleep I feel very groggy and dizzy all day, and if you're not eating right, it could just be a lack of essential vitamins and minerals. I would also recommend at least talking to your doc about a basic metabolic panel and TSH test. Also another important one to look into. Any pigmentation of the skin? Lack of sex drive or mentsturation? Have your iron levels checked, if they are high, I would talk to your doc about being tested for hemochromatosis. Also talk about getting an ECG, as irregular heartbeat is another symptom. hemochromatosis is not something that is normally tested for, as its quite rare and is usually hereditary. This would actually be my first suggestion to look in to, as its better to catch it early, as it can lead to liver damage and cardiac arrest if it is left untreated. Good luck, hope this helps.
