I am posting in hopes that someone else knows what I am going thru or has some good answers. I am looking for possibilities of what I could have. I have been to the doctor more than one and they cant seem to figure it out. Yes Ive had blood work and its all come back good. However, heres what I am experiencing  fatigue all the time, sore muscles, feeling lightly nauseated, some dizziness. Some of the symtoms are all the time some are off and on. The fatigue never leaves. I am so frustrated as the doctors cant or wont find what is wrong. So I am hoping to get some ideas here or if someone is going thru same thing. Im sick of feeling this way.

Mononucleosis
Epstein-Barr
Toxoplasmosis
Leukemia
Lupus
etc.

Do you have cats or do a lot of gardening? In that case have them test for toxoplasmosis. Usually nobody checks for it unless you are pregnant. No treatment, unless you're pregnant though.

Joint pain?

Those symptoms are sometimes related to Hepatitis C or liver cancer, in addition to all the other suggestions.

These can also be symptoms of two other things not mentioned here.  One is depression.  Not only can it cause a constant tired feeling but muscle and joint pain along with dizziness and nausea.  The other, easier to figure out, is that these can also be signs of pregnancy.  The last time I was pregnant my doctor didn't ask me if I had morning sickness but whether or not I was tired.  He said that can be one of the first symptoms.

Depending on when the nausia comes... leaky gut is also another thing that might fit.

Do you have other symptoms like a sore throat... sore glands... sensitive skin... headaches... sensitivity to weather change... numbness... weight gain or loss... feeling cold or hot... sensitivity to chemicals or smells?  How much sugar or carbs do you eat and do you crave them?  Can you sleep without waking?

Those symptoms are so vague as to be non-diagnosticable (new word )
Heck, if blood work is ok, and you are severely distressed by these symptoms, then your doc. would be looking at all the REALLY expensive tests.
You might consider applying the old "tincture of time" and seeing if they will resolve.

and i don't know how much sleep  you get but i read an article that suggested that 8 to 10 was the appropriate amount.  And i know that most people don't get anywhere near that amount.   just a thought.

Have you seen an ENT doctor?  There are some inner ear conditions that will give you those range of symptoms.  Good news is that while they are extremely annoying and debilitating, they are essentially harmless otherwise.  Most people have a single episode and then it goes away, but the bad news is that it can be a chronic problem for a small number of patients.  Sounds like you need a more complete work-up.

My first thought is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It's a real situation, not a medical copout.

You fit the most common demographics for it. Have you ever used chromium based dietary supplements (appetite suppressors).

Don't have many suggestions until some of these new questions are answered. My main questions are
1. What is your diet like? and do you take any supplements etc.
2. What are your sleep habits.

Both of those can cause fatigue if you're not getting enough(or too much) sleep, or not eating right. I know when I get too much sleep I feel very groggy and dizzy all day, and if you're not eating right, it could just be a lack of essential vitamins and minerals. I would also recommend at least talking to your doc about a basic metabolic panel and TSH test.

Also another important one to look into. Any pigmentation of the skin? Lack of sex drive or mentsturation? Have your iron levels checked, if they are high, I would talk to your doc about being tested for hemochromatosis. Also talk about getting an ECG, as irregular heartbeat is another symptom. hemochromatosis is not something that is normally tested for, as its quite rare and is usually hereditary. This would actually be my first suggestion to look in to, as its better to catch it early, as it can lead to liver damage and cardiac arrest if it is left untreated.

Good luck, hope this helps.

i would see an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) specialist. It sounds like you may have an inner ear issue going on.

Aare you in an area with ticks?  Those are some of the  symptoms of Lyme disease. It is something that is not always automatically checked for.  Even if you live outside of an area with ticks, maybe you went hiking or walking in an area where they are resident or were in contact with an animal that was. Maybe ask to get tested .
