You would be surprised just how far back "House of Gord" goes. Well before the internet, when contacting people was done with hand written letters and posted in an envelope. Sadly due to the economic climate and the exchange rate I had to cancel my subscription. However I think you will find Mr. Gord to be one of the true traditionalists and a gentleman. He has been an inspiration not only to me but many others across the globe and if you think the site is good wait until you read his novels. One of the very few who has survived without resorting to turning BDSM into cheap porn.

Seconded, he's a great guy, he came calling when I started doing human-pony play back in the mid 1990s: then he was up the road in Wales ...

Somebody who truly loves women, and doing cruel and unusual things to them in ways they love.

He really does what it says on the tin!  See http://fetlife.com/users/73238

You have to put the 'www.houseofgord' bit in I suppose.

pinnipedster -> RE: House of Gord (3/7/2009 9:48:09 PM)

A friend of mine first found the House of Gord site.  He wasn't even looking for kink.  I forget exactly why, but he was considering the idea of building some kind of device that involved quick-release buckles.  A web search led him to Gord's forniphilia faq.  He's open-minded but not particularly kinky himself (AFAIK): he thought the idea of using women as furniture could be artistically appealing, but didn't see the turn-on, particularly for the woman.

(The same friend, once looking for fantasy art references, once looked up "Gor" on the web and was flabbergasted to find that it wasn't just a series of books, but a lifestyle....)

I, on the other hand....OMG.  How I envy those women.  If I were twenty-five years younger, female, and reasonably pretty and limber, I would be pounding on his door begging to be one of his models.  I'd pay him if I had to.  If I were just younger and smaller, I'd consider a sex-change operation and cosmetic surgery if I thought it might get him to use me.  As it is...*sigh*

But just viewing the "tour" material -- I've never yet subscribed to the site, though one day I will, at least for a while -- has provided me with a lot of fantasization material.    God, I want to be one of those girls!
