Ok I saw an piece of equipment being used in a c ouple of films and I have no idea what its called. Its a round circle, almost like an embrodiery hoop and on the inside there were springs that had clothespins attached to it. A Domme was using it on a guys balls to stretch the skin in all directions. Ive seen it used on women as well. Anyone have any idea what this is called? I suspect it maybe a homemade item but was just curious if anyone knew what it might be, thanks!

I think you are referring to some homemade type of butterfly board.

Ok basicly it is a form of what is called a ripper.

A zipper is clothespins with a string between them so that they come off in sequence, a ripper is clothspins with a solid bar through them so they all come off at the same time.

When I make these in a ring form I call them a "devil's halo". But that's just the name I use for them

yes your local embroidery store can furnish you with the round ring part, it is used to stretch cloth over for embroidery,
then you simply tie pegs to ribbon or strings, and pass it between the layers of wood,
you then attach pegs to the parts you like, and pull to required tension!
simple really!

I call them embroidery rings

You can also attatch a series of clothes pins together with wire/string called a "zipper". Named for the sound they all make when pulled off with one motion.
