...he isnt too far off. Over 20 states have re-asserted 10th amendment rights. and TX, is a state by annual treaty which must renew each year. (the only state set up this way) Google 10th amendment to learn more.

In being a terrible actor he was actually a wonderful actor. What is acting but pretending to be something you are not? And he made millions in the process. Uncle Nasty

"Pretending" makes for bad acting. A good actor will become the character. A bad actor will pretend he is someone else. The problem with Chuck is that he can't even do the latter: he can't pretend to be... anybody else... than Chuck.
