Rope Bondage isn't simple and should never be taken lightly. Nerve damage: If there is tingling or numbness in the limbs afterwards either right after the bondage comes off,or later on that lasts for more then a few minutes, there may be damage to the nerves. This problem is particularly likely when weight or stress is placed on the wrists, so it is best to set up your bondage to avoid this situation. If you have continuing numbness, tingling, " Funny feelings" or pain after bondage, see a doctor. Rope bondage should never be to tight, but it should never be to loose either. Even tension is the goal of good rope bondage. As you seem to be someone who is prone to nerve damage. I think that wrist bondage with rope is something you should avoid. Playing with wide leather cuffs is a far safer option for you, particularly if your someone who likes to struggle while bound. I also think that you should never keep your limbs above the heart for more then 20 mins. even if you can tolerate it for 30 mins.
