I don't know... reptiles are iffy. I'd sooner try ostrich than alligator.

Eh, I'm adventurous.  I'll try almost anything once.  I've never actually had ostrich before; I've always wanted to try it.  I'm told the eggs are fabulous.

Gator is fantastic meat kittin, it is a white meat similar to chicken in taste but not quite as 'thick' in texture.

LA I've had crawdads three times in the past week, always suckin' head and making an absolute mess. Good times. Juices running down to my elbows, so spicy my forehead beads with sweat. I always have to ask the server to place my diet coke glass just right so I don't have to touch it heh, just lean and suck the straw between suckin' heads.

Mmmmm. I know what I'm having for lunch today!

kittin, think veal piccata with gator instead of veal.

Perhaps we could have a seafood orgy, ala Tom Jones, at the July party on the beach, y'all.

Perhaps I should try it then, if and when I venture to the southern shores... The advantage of alligator : the fantastic shoes and bags *drool*.

CJ: if there's seafood on the beach, count me in.
