Howdy, today i felt like being a little thought provoking and i rember in my mentoring group we read this story and discussed it "
Two Wolves
One winter’s evening whilst gathered round a blazing camp fire, an old Sioux Indian chief told his grandson about the inner struggle that goes on inside people.
“You see” said the old man, “this inner struggle is like two wolves fighting each other. One is evil, full of anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, deceit, false pride, superiority, and ego”.
“The other one,” he continued, poking the fire with a stick so that the fire crackled, sending the flames clawing at the night sky, “is good, full of joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith”.

For a few minutes his grandson pondered his grandfather’s words and then asked, “So which wolf wins, grandfather?”
“Well”, said the wise old chief, his lined face breaking into a wry smile, “The one you feed!”    " so im wondering what do you think of the story whats your take on it, and which wolf do you feed?

Simplistic, but with some wisdom and truth.

Which wolf I feed is perhaps best left for others to judge, as my opinion would be specifically biased.

I prefer to keep both wolves handy. A hippy wolf is great and all, but a rabid wolf is required in certain circumstances.

It is a good parable but I’m afraid no matter which you feed the dark one is always inside eating its way out.

that's funny =p haha

but i think the "bad wolf" in the story of this proverb isn't actually "rabid," or tougher than the "good one," it represents things that can destroy the person who harbors them.
there's nothing useful in greed or self-pity, deceit, or any of the qualities given to the bad wolf
also, there's nothing saying that the good wolf is a pushover =p
one of the biggest problems you run into when you're a "nice person," is that people think that they can walk all over you.
not necessarily
