I didn't watch the video but the text portion that talks about strengthening the pelvic muscles and such is sound advice: Kegels are our friends.

I had a quick look and it seems to be saying that it will strenthen orgasm as opposed to giving...hell who knows other than any excercise improves our sex lives so no harm in it.

LaT, Taz is severely learning disabled so spell check doesn't work for him.

I did Pilates twice a week for two years prior to an injury, it's all core exercise and I never had an exercise from it.
