It's just an opinion, but having been a pro at enemas for many years... if you can't hold it, then the training is to develop your capacity to hold it, not just go against the way your body works. There are a lot of factors that can cause you to have to expel it sooner than you like, and I don't think it's a great idea to have the bowel forcing the fluid all into your rectum and then having the rectum obstructed. It might stretch something you don't want stretched. And it won't help towards helping you gain the MENTAL CONTROL you need. If you REALLY can't stop it by clenching, deep breathing, and applying pressure to anus with a big wad of TP then my opinion is you should get rid of it and try again or try another day. Some factors that might drive you to expel too fast - 1. Fluid too hot/too cold 2. Wrong electrolyte balance or irritating fluid 3. you might really need a cleanout badly, you can always expel and repeat the process. Of course if you are having to take enemas for sadistic/masochistic purposes, y'all might not care about this stuff.
