Fast Reply - We have an abundance of clubs and bars downtown but only 1 or 2 late night places to get food. I would love to open an all night diner and have a stage for live music too. The music would be mellow for the people coming from the clubs to chill with before heading home.

I've had this idea in my head for a healthy fast food chain, aimed at all the neglected veggie types -- if I ever fall into oodles of money, it's one of the things I'd follow up on . . . . . But. Restaurants are one of the toughest types of businesses to make profitable, the competition is fierce, the customers picky, & lots of other issues . . . . . Most new restaurants go under in less than five years, taking scads of their owners' money with them . . . . . . (& yes, the only watersports I really enjoy are pissing all over people's business plans . . . . . lol)

I luuuurve going to C's sisters bar downtown.... Hot dancers, decent music.... and free booze! I couldn't open one up myself though, I'm not a people person.

My older brother got the bright idea of he and his best buddy owning a tavern together...only good thing about it was me getting laid by the drunk, older (at the time) women who frequented the place. I was the night cook at the ripe old age of 18 and I had a blast. He and his best buddy...now do not really speak to one another....but what a job for me<eg>!!!!!!
