I am new to the lifestyle, having started it thru a cyber relationship and have decided with the permission of my husband of 29 years to see if I am able to handle submission. I was made a mans play toy at a very early age, and thru that and rapes, yes rapes, my body responded but my mind did not, it went scudding to its safe room. Thru that and other complications I have been unable to respond to my husband for the last few years. I have turned to an Experienced Dom, and will be meeting him in 2 weeks. It is very scary for me. I once swore never to allow myself to be dominated again by a man. So this will be a new experience for me. I only wish to speak to others that might have the same issues, I am not looking for a Dom, but someone to speak to of my fears and thoughts as I travel this road. Takra

Hello, Please make sure you have safe calls set up, when meeting this Dom. Is your husband going with you, that really would be the best? I would just meet Him the first time, and not incorporate any play time yet till you feel comfortable and also till a basis of trust is formed. Always remember being "safe, sane and consensual". Make sure you trust this Dom before doing anything with Him..anything at all. If you meet and you are not comfortable, don't even walk, but run to the nearest exit. If He does not like that..then you made the right choice. Good luck and best wishes.
