Status: offline 		You can't ask things like that when I have a headache! lol I can hardly remember my name.  But one movie keeps coming to mind and I may go buy it if I can figure out how to make a DVD from itunes, which is apple and not ms.  Mask... I love that hunky biker Sam!  He is great as a cowboy too... but can't remember the movie titles!  Sam did a war movie with Mel that I saw part of the other day...omg, I could not believe that was Sam... didn't know him until he talked... thank god for that. That voice does it for me.

Status: offline 		Yes, "looks" matter.  So do "smells", "sounds", "tastes", and "touches".  This is the real world and we are all real people.  If we want our bdsm to ever leave the realm of email-without-pictures, we're eventually going to have to offer something that is sensually appealing to our partners.

Fortunately, everyone's tastes are different, so one person's "ugly" is often "beauty" to someone else.

Status: offline 		I liked BoiJens response.  It sums it up pretty well.  For me, intelligence is more important than almost anything else, but looks do play a part.  As another said, I have to be able to look at you, but that doesn't mean you have to be a 10 or even a 7.  Eye candy is nice but if you cannot engage my mind then it's pointless.

Status: offline 		Looks matter, but reality is what exactly that is depends on the person doing the looking.  How important looks are also depend on the person. I have an "ideal" look that would be great if I could find it and all the qualities I want in a sub rolled up in one perfect person.  However, the qualities are more important than the actual look for me.

It 's also true most people don't like to admit that looks  are importain  for fear of sounding  superficial. But if your attracted to blonds ,be honest enought to say that is what your naturally attracted too. There is nothing wrong in saying that looks do matter. But be prepared when someone else accepts or rejects you  for the same reasons.  But as  a whole looks  only take you so far as exhibited in  how many hollywood movies have a familar  male star in the lead and a different sexy girl friend in every movie. "one hit wounders" should be the name of all the  sexy woman who end up with parts just because they had nothign more to offer except their looks.

Status: offline 		I don't have any D/s experience to go on, but in normal relationships a woman hasn't had to have supermodel good looks for me to be interested, but there has had to be some physical attraction to get me interested. I would also be a lot happier in the relationship if I knew she found me attractive too.

Status: offline 		Physical attraction does play a part, but I already know that if I fall in love with mind and personality and heart I am liable to find the exterior attractive, too.

I like someone I like to look at. But that can be things like liking the way his eyes crinkle when he's trying not to laugh, or the way she smiles, or the way he moves, et cetera. And there's so much leeway in there; the girl my husband and I just collared is small-breasted, small hipped, and wears an eight. The girlfriend I love very much and sometimes play with weighs nearly 350 pounds. Her husband, an occasional lover of mine, is tall, thin, and geeky. My own husband is a compact, muscular, solid man with a decided belly. But they are all wonderful in my eyes because I love them. (And all that belly makes a fabulous target for sensory play....)
