This isn't rocket science, anyone who would commit a crime or go against their normal moral values for the sake of a "Dom"---deserves what they get--and unless the Dom can be proven to be an accessory, mere "commanding" does not warrant any level of prosecution. The law expects people to make intelligent lawful decisions--even Patty Hearst who was "kidnapped and forced" by the SLA did jail time for her crimes.

Nope sorry, you're that stupid to go that far, prepare to enjoy the color orange.

lol orange   or pin stripe   I once read a article dealing with a true story on a TES Site  about a dom who made his sub leave her husband and kids.  after she did this the dom left her after some time. But the tragic part of it was she ended up with aids from this dom.  I think there are truely really really bad people out there and we just have to be watch full of who we give ourselves to on anylevel  wither it is sub dom or dommme or slave or any other title  responsiblity is upon our selves

Unless he held a knife or a gun to her head, she was not 'made' to do anything other than what she wanted.

Her fault.

A cop pulls a car over that was going 100 mph. Who get's the ticket, the driver or the putz in the passenger seat, saying "faster! FASTER!!!"?

The one with their hands on the steering wheel and foot on the gas. It doesn't matter who is yelling "FASTER!!".

Whoever the judge in a court of law decides is accountable on the basis of a 'guilty' verdict being reached, in handing down sentence and in summing up.

In the end, no matter what fantasies we try to feed ourselves, we are inherently responsible for the choices we make and the actions we commit in relation to those choices. As long as servitude is a voluntary process (and in WIITWD, it can't be anything -but- voluntary), the choice to obey commands that may be considered morally, ethically, or communally wrong are the responsibility of the individual committing the act.

I would not steal. Not for anyone. On the other hand, I would have no issue with being involved in sexual acts as a career choice, because I do not consider professional sex work to be unethical or immoral. That being said, were I to make that choice, and NOT live someplace like Amsterdam, where professional sex work is legal, and if I were caught, I would be responsible for the outcome. Because it is -not- legal in the US, I would never consider requiring someone else to work as a sex-worker, but I would not recriminate someone who chose to work in that line of work, because I believe that professional sex work is not immoral, and that the restriction of sex-work as a criminal act precipitates the very crises that put our country's sex workers in danger of health and legal complications, and force them into situations where criminals control the field in which they work.
