Anybody familiar with suction cups and can they do permanent damage?

Sure they can.

The body was not designed to have plood pulled through it that way.

I would stop when the pain excedes the pleasure... but that is my Mantra for most things.

Yes they can... too much applied vacuum will break the capillarys and small blood vessels under the skin.

I do a version of 'cupping lite' that doesn't have those issues.
