The amount of aluminium that goes into the food, when using an aluminium pan, depends on the pH of the food. For example tomatoes are acid (low pH) and take more aluminium from the pan than food with a higher pH. I know the vagina has a low pH (around 4), so you shouldn't use an aluminium dildo in the vagina. I don't know the pH of the anus, but the stomach is around 4, and it tends to be lower if the person is stressed and or eats junk food. So my answer would be not to use them, or with a condom. I wouldn't want more aluminium than necessary in my blood. It's not clear whether or not aluminium is related to Alzheimer's disease, but I'd let other people find out. Note : (acid means pH<7, the pH is a measure of the free protons floating in what you're measuring)
