As mentioned earlier you can get like Excedrine migraine or for back pain, will help give you a little caffiene and perhaps help the symptoms

When I decided to go caffiene free the first time I started slow. adding half caff to regular caff, slowing changing the scales, one I did that it was half caff with decaf. No side effects what so ever.

I sometimes flip flop on my coffee, there are times I just want the real stuff, but never drink more than a couple of cup and either switch to decaf or drink water or other decaf beverages.

Coke has decaf both in the regular and Diet variety. I never could drink the Diet kind, sugar substuite does not like me.   But flavor wise without the decaf there is zero difference in flavor and I am a die hard Coke drinker and can tell a fake or difference in flavor.

If you can taper off its so much easier on your body.  I'm not saying take months to taper but a change downward will make it easy without withdrawal symptoms.

Good luck and if you need someone to vent on about it Im always around.
