A fuming former employee of Bernard Madoff recently turned into Wall Street's version of a raging bull when he tried to mete out street justice on the Ponzi king's son/ snip you can find the article here-> http://www.nypost.com/seven/05032009/news/regionalnews/bernie_son_in_a_sock_exchange_167441.htm I note that Madoff scammed people all over. Funny how he disappeared from the news.

It sounds like Abend was upset in part because he was not treated like family and did not get $450,000 in bonuses. Does that mean that members of the family got their bonuses? If so, why hasn't the government seized the money?

It's also a good question why Madoff is not in jail but instead allowed to live in his own home under house arrest.
