Yet you still seem unable to locate a link about Iraq attacking the US, on any of those numerous news sources you keep up with.

I can't help but wonder if these are the same newspapers and magazines that Sarah Palin cited.

Will you guys get off the Saddam/9-11 claim, because NO ONE claimed Saddam had a hand in the WTC attack.

What part of "And countries that support terrorist groups" don't you understand?

The language is pretty clear to me.

Dick Cheney claimed that Iraq was responsible.  He was not alone in saying that.  Part of the psychological warfare that the Pentagon put the U.S. taxpayers through, was implying that Iraq was responsible, thus, the logic for attacking Iraq as "retaliation".  Did anyone here get the email that showed the Statue Of Liberty flipping the bird with the caption "We're coming, motherf#&@ers"?

Why would I when I didnt say they did..I said they supported and helped train Al Qaeda who did attack us. You do recall that was one of the criteria we set for who would be treated as a hostile regime, dont you? You do remember Congress authorized the war, dont you?

Congress never declared war.  Congress only authorized the Presidential action, which pretty much does the same thing-troops are mobilized, money goes to the war machine, a foreign country is occupied, tens of thousands die, medicine, food, water and electricity is cut off, certain contractors fill their pockets, soldiers come home with strange illnesses not covered in their medical plan, a solution is worked out between the countries, rinse, and repeat.

Which was also bullshit, as previously pointed out in this thread.

Yep, and I've got a list of every one of the motherfuckers who voted for it. I'll never cast vote for any of them again as long as I live. The fact that they approved it doesn't mean anything. It was still bullshit.

I didnt see where it was pointed out, but it isnt bullshit. SH paid families of suicide bombers $30k, and there were known training facilities in Iraq.

I said they supported and helped train Al Qaeda.

Once again, you of course have proof of this?  Proof that somehow negates the fact that sectarian Saddam wasn't exactly pals with religious zealot bin Laden?

Once again, big fucking hint you seemed to have missed:  We weren't attacked by Iraq.  Even your Great Leader Bush admitted there was no connection between Saddam and 9/11.  Do you have some secret knowledge that Bush wasn't privy to?

You either missed my response above or you cant read. Strawmen are easy to set up , but even easier to defend. Not even a good try,.

A claim by you is not proof.  A link from a credible source would do fine.  Otherwise it's just, oh what's the word, oh yeah, bullshit.

(ps look up "strawman argument" while you're at it.  Like so many of your RW friends, you clearly have no idea what it means, or how it's to be used)

Hey, you finally admitted (in a circuitous way) that Iraq didn't attack us!  Did you learn this from moveon.org?  'Cause earlier you claimed that's where we get news like that, not in the real world.  Congratulations, you've upgraded your web reading material!

Care to admit you were wrong about the WMD's too?  Or are you going to provide a link for your bogus claim that Saddam hid them in Syria?

You asked for a link?  http://www.commondreams.org/headlines03/0916-02.htm

""We've never been able to develop any more of that yet, either in terms of confirming it or discrediting it. We just don't know.""

What part of "We just dont know" do you not comprehend. That is NOT the same as your claim that he said there WAS a link.  As far as it being an open issue, there are many undisputed facts (presented in "The Connection" most concisely)  that imply Iraq was more complicit than can be proven.

Your on a strawman roll. Stating that I never said something is not the same as admitting something I never claimed. Continue to twist my words and you'll be ignored from now on.

Wait a minute... "undisputed facts that imply something that can not be proven" is a justification for launching a war?

So which way do you want it then, O Master of Evasion?  Did Iraq attack us or not?

And once again...
Care to admit you were wrong about the WMD's too?  Or are you going to provide a link for your bogus claim that Saddam hid them in Syria?

And once again...
You have proof that Saddam supported and helped train Al Qaeda, yes?
