seriously though,

after being married all my life and politely holding them in, and belches too, i decided my one gift would be i would never again suppress "bustin a bean" as we were required to call it when i was a kid.

i swear in the 7 years since the ex left, i have no more pms, am happy as hell most days, and my complexion looks better...

gotta be the cleansing from lettin the beans bust....right?

I don't brag about farting, or burping for that matter, but I never pretend it doesn't happen, and unless I am some place where doing so would be rude or embarrassing to me, like the dinner table at a fancy restaurant, or in class in a packed class room, I fart and fart freely and I don't care who cares I did so. I really wish this whole conception that women are to delicate and lady like to do such gross bodily functions and if they ever do so they do it in a lovely smelling whoosh would stop being perpetuated lol. The jokes about it though are ok.
