Brings back fond school memories... I used to be quite a shot with rulers (put missile on one end, bend ruler, aim, shoot...)

V, I'm beginning to learn something about your childhood.  You do know some . . . unusual things.  I was a crack shot with a rubber band launched from my thumb when I was a kid.  Yet another reason I wish you and I had been at the same school together.

Oh yes, I like the look of those rubberband guns.  Tasty gear.

Yes, but V and I were talking about shooting small missiles, Lady C, not about thwacking boys' backsides.

You can do both with a ruler, multi purpose tool (go back read) and oh yeah, it also helps you to draw straight lines (the bit that always interested me the least)

Hi Lovely Lady,

Thank you for the Southern info!

Here in Wisconsin if a landowner allows you to use his or her land for recreational purposes and does not charge, then those recreational users can not sue if they hurt themself. This includes hunting, hiking and so forth. But if the land owner takes in more than a very modest amount of money renting access, or the land OWNER invites you to recreate on their land, owners then do have liability.

I do know an event in a clothing optional adult camp ground where dominants or sadiasts can hunt consenting subbies in the woods during part of a BDSM event. Terms can be negotiated between the persons deciding to play together. Some hunters use paintball guns, some use the 6mm "airsoft" plastic pellets and guns, and the latter can also be used in blow guns, slingshots and so forth. One can also use such goodies on consenting bound subbies, but if you make a mess you clean it up. I have also observed punishment scenes with the small metal pointed darts used, which required the consenting "victim" to be bound. Those would not be safe to use against someone at liberty to move around.
One factor often overlooked is that in the woods, if the hunter has boots or shoes and the "prey" is barefoot, the prey will not often be running long. Running barefoot in the woods other than on clear trails will result in lots of cuts, scratches, bruises thorns and abrasions to the bare feet of the prey, so 1st aid aftercare is necessary, and one should be aware that some "prey" may not be doing much exotic dancing for a few days.

Given our age difference, either you would have had to be exceedingly bright or I would have had to have been kept back for over a decade.  Before you go making any cheeky remarks, I would like to remind you that you are in enough trouble as it is.

Now we can discount that possibility

This definitely does sound fun.  I agree that I think shoes and eye protection would be minimum.  (And sunscreen...) Cups -- not necessarily -- having the naughty bits exposed would definitely give the prey more incentive to avoid being shot...

I agree there does need to be some definite incentive to trying to evade the huntresses.  I don't trust punishments for the ones caught early -- we subs are a tricky lot when it comes to what consists of "punishment."  Rewards for longer evasions might be better -- in particular, whoever is the last one caught ought to be given some special treat, so as to encourage real competition.

I'd be willing to give this a go if it happened near me, but I'm not sure I'd be one of the more challenging beasts -- I've never been that fast a runner.

Maybe not the 'cups' (US versions of cricket boxes?) - but goggles, yes.

I'm sure the huntresses can work out what sorts of prizes will provide the greatest incentives to not being caught.

Doh Peon, you weren't looking at my face when you called me that, and those things on my chest, they aren't noses.... (I possibly killed a bit of your innocence here)

If I'm not mistaken, Peon is making reference to a quite wonderful scene from Life of Brian.  If I am mistaken, he's in bigger trouble with you than he is with me.

I decided to plead complete ignorance of Mounty Python and he's in trouble, trouble, bet he'll never expect the Spanish inquisition, nudge nudge, wink, wink, say no more...
