Nice to know we're helping people in these difficult times, ain't it? The National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAA), a part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), will pay $2.6 million in U.S. tax dollars to train Chinese prostitutes to drink responsibly on the job. K.

K. That's "foreign aid" for ya! If we're not feeding Somalians and Hatiens we're teaching Chinese hookers how to drink! I have to laugh when I see those Caddies and Suburbans in foreign countries paid for with our tax dollars. People say that they keep auto workers working, fine, here's an idea, lets have a lottery and give those vehicles instead to American Taxpayers who are after all paying for them!

Good example of how the government wastes our tax dollars. Give it a couple of years and even the Obama admin will have things like this happen under their watch. It is the nature of the beast.
