This isn't really fair I suspect because in our case, we've been happily together a very long time. But yes, if I wanted to modify her body, it is mine to modify. In fact, I already have modified it pretty extensively although thankfully no surgery was required. But she's a lot thinner now.. a lot more toned... long hair... different clothes... makeup. In short, pretty radically different head to toe. For the most part, she actively did not want all of that. If we were talking surgery, she wouldn't want that either (probably) but she'd trust my judgement on the risk/reward/cost analysis. There'd be other areas, however, that I couldn't quite speculate so positively in. It's always important to remember that one persons hard limit is another person's big yawn.
