add in the sexy brunette Judge Joe Brown now has as his bailiff.  She wears skirts and heels in the courtroom.  Heck, they can even keep Judge Joe Brown in the proceedings as that "threat of having to submit to him as well" thing going on.

sirsholly -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/25/2009 4:06:56 AM)

somehow I don't think it's Byrd that will be keeping us in line.  A series of numbers comes to mind.

lobodomslavery -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/25/2009 5:08:39 AM)

i did point out politely to Her that She was making my life more difficult than it should be. But She just laughed in my face, i was convinced She was a Domme then. And no i didnt ask Her. But deep down i think She is a Domme who gets off on humiliating men and worse still misleading them into thinking that they will be made permanent, then telling them they are not suitable. So yes I think She has abused Her powers

oh yeah...this is going to make quite the court case.

lobodomslavery -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/25/2009 5:10:53 AM)

i never thought of it that way. the thing was She never said anything about this at the time or even days afterwards. She only brought it up at the end as a reason to sack me or give me no choice but to go. How unfair is that? If it was a man ,  i would equally  outraged
kevin

lobodomslavery -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/25/2009 5:13:50 AM)

i was only late a few times and She made no issue of it. If it was such a big deal why did She not discipline me there and then. She didnt. all i want is justice, the bottom line is a man , every man is entitled to a job and to payment for said job without interference

oh bullshit!

If it were a man would you have bothered to start a thread asking if he was a Dom? Would you be complaining of the way he dressed? Would you say he gets off on humiliating other men?

Face it...a woman had authority over you, FOUND YOUR JOB PERFORMANCE UNSATISFACTORY...and rather than own up to that fact and look at your own behavior you are blaming her for picking on you [8|]

Face it Sweetie...you fucked up. Your job performance was not up to par and i honestly believe you will be told this is for have the balls to go through with a court case.

i took the liberty of highlighting this so that no one misses it.

any BTW Kevin...you are not entitled to a job. You are not. You get out there and EARN a job, as do the rest of us.

DarkSteven -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/25/2009 5:23:56 AM)

1. i did point out politely to Her that She was making my life more difficult than it should be.

kevin, the company was paying you money to get certain things done.  That company would be delighted if you came up with ways that they could be done better for THEM - cheaper, faster, better quality.  If you come up with ways it can be done better for YOU, the won;t be as happy.

2. She just laughed in my face, i was convinced She was a Domme then.

Nope.  She was just a busy woman with other people to oversee and other tasks to get done.

3. But deep down i think She is a Domme who gets off on humiliating men

you have focused exclusively on how she treated you.  If she actually is like this, she would have treated many of the other men in the office the same way.  Did she?

4. misleading them into thinking that they will be made permanent, then telling them they are not suitable. So yes I think She has abused Her powers

In what ways did she make you think you would be permanent? Per LadyPact's summary, you were spoken to about returning late from breaks and for making inappropriate comments.  If you had ONE of those chats during a probationary period, that would be grounds for concern.  If you had TWO...

lobodomslavery -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/25/2009 5:28:13 AM)

She said that i would be a member of the team.  She started talking about annual performance reviews, the benefits i would receive etc etc.  How else was i to think? She made no issue of the fact that i was late and did not bring this up at the interview. She did bring up the interpersonal stuff but She said that She knew i meant no harm which i didnt  but still said that it was inappropriate on my part
kevin

lobodomslavery -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/25/2009 5:30:33 AM)

And yes She barked out orders to other guys too.  They thought She was a Domme too. i know this because they said they felt like asking Her for a spanking but didnt. i can understand the temptation tho She literally rubbed our face in it each day, what with the stiletto boots, leather jacket, She was literally the supervisor without the cane

DarkSteven -> RE: Should I ask Her if She is a Domme (5/25/2009 5:31:36 AM)

kevin, I started to answer you based on my fuzzy knowledge of employment law, but then realized that you are in Ireland and I'm not sure what laws apply over there.

*slamming my head against the wall*

What the fuck to you think it is, Kevin...every man for himself? Employees MUST work as a team to get the job done.

By stating that, and explaining the benefits, et al, she was stating what she expected and comapny policy on benefits.
