I did a very small touch of anal play on myself, and by very small I mean not even sticking anything in just using one drop of ky lube and barely even touched my hole, very very shallowly, now I got incredible stomache cramps and I had the major shits, to be crude.

Why would that have caused the runs

Probably didn't.

Correlation isn't causation. Just because things happen in temporal proximity doesn't mean they caused each other.

Giggles at JW, Well I did have one bout of cranky tummy earlier in the day way earlier. so Maybe it was still upset from way earlier. My bottom is tender Ican tell that much, but that's not a problem.
