I have a silly question. If Chastity Bono is having a sex change from female to male, why would her longtime lover want to marry her? Is she still a lesbian if she gets male parts added?

I would imagine that they would want to marry because they fell in love with each other as people rather than as particular gender's

Along with the above, it's quite possible that C's (I can't remember if the new name is Chase or Chad) partner is bi-sexual, so the physical gender may not be of any consequence.
