We've purchased items from House of Whacks, which used to be in Chicago, but moved out to Vegas area.  They do have a website, a bit pricy, but very good quality.

I buy the majority of my latex from Cocoon and Demask. Yes it is expensive but the items I have gotten from Cocoon and Demask have lasted over 10 years.

A pinhole in latex should be patched. If the latex is stretched around the pinhole it will likely tear. Cocoon's website has a care and use section on it. Do not use oil based products on latex as it will degrade the latex. Silcone lubricants are fine. .Silicone can be used to shine the latex. AmourALL is common product available in most stores which main ingredient is silicone. But there are a lot of shine products also available. Avoid usinging your fingernails to pull on latex clothing. Use the ball of the finger tip instead.

Here are some site for latex and care for latex. Enjoy!

I agree with mummyman321.

In my opinion a pinhole could very quickly become a tear. Even a weak seam can be dangerous when you're dealing with rubber (lost a lovely dress because there was a teeny-tiny gap in the seam that, after wearing the dress for a few hours, gave way and the latex split across the garment).

When buying clothing I would recommend you pay attention to these factors:

Look at the seams: do they lay flat or do they bunch, are the overlapping pieces that make the seam even, do the seams match on both sides, are they sturdy?
Does the latex look "pulled" or stretched in any way, is the color consistent, how thick is the latex?

If you wear them for any length of time transparent colors will discolor no matter how you well you treat your garments.

Most better-quality places, like Syren for example- (I quite like their stuff) will adjust their standard sizes a bit without charging you extra. Same with High Gloss Dolls- Katja is very helpful and accommodating and (I think) her clothes are wonderful (as is her site).
In my opinion it's worth spending the money for pieces that will last.

Cheers,
Dagny

I agree with everyone here, you gotta go with quality when shopping for latex clothing.  Use talc power to dust your body and the inside of the garment when putting on latex, pull it on evenly and carefully.  Use a silicon product and soft cloth to shine the outside.  Be careful what you lean on, brush against or sit on, latex scratches.  When done, wash the garment by hand with a little mild detergent and rinse thoroughly.  Dry the garment completely and dust all over with talc powder.  Store in a black (opaque) trash bag or something similar in a dark temperature controlled place (closet).  Try to roll the item, not fold it.  It will develop a crease over time if folded.  The enemies of latex are UV light, oil (petroleum lube, or skin oil), rough or sharp objects.
