im scratching and not too much freaks me out either, but I would FLIP THE HELL OUT! Im an insomniac as well but I think Id flip for sure. Anyway I asked my sissy who does amazing things around the condo. He said its boric acid your talking about thats the powder. He said you cant have it near animals but thats whats used, and you pour it along the walls of the room. OMG im sooo efffin itchey now. Anyway good luck and dont eat in bed either! Get those little ant houses too, place them all around the corners of the room. Sorry but I know you want to do it naturally and red pepper sounds good to me, my Mom sprinkles it on her plants, I sprinkle it other places. lol. Good luck, sleep tight! [sm=domme.gif]

there are sprays that safe for pets and people. Master sprayed inside and outside with a spray will have go out tomorrow and find bottle and give you name. my kid has really bad allergies so have to make sure it won't bother her.

I just received an email indicating that Bounce laundry sheets will repel ants.

talcum powder works a treat.... ants hate it as it effects their antenna....

If you are talking about the electric plug in thing that is supposed to kill all kinds of bugs or have them running. it is a waste of money. check any books on heloise. I think there is something about borax, sugar and some poisonous substance. If you have kids and pets it is a bad idea... Try something else. Probably can find something by googeling it..
