I was wondering how safe golden showers are. Its a simple question, just wanted to know the health fact if you swallowed someones urine. thank you

This question has been asked and answered more than a few times. Click on "Search" in the top right hand corner and you'll find what you're looking for.

In most cases, a golden shower or swallowing some urine is not going to hurt a healthy person. Both parties should always drink plenty of water and keep good hygene habits.

Some medications can travel through urine. Know if the one giving the shower is taking anything and if those drugs exit out with urine.
