subm2serve -> male bikini waxing (6/22/2009 11:51:00 PM)

i am very interested in getting rid of my pubic hair for a special lady.  i have tried shaving but it does not last or make me as smooth as i desire to be.  Has any Domme directed her sub to be waxed and if so may i ask the results for her and his experiences?  How often must it be repeated?  Was is hard finding a location with trained personnel who would wax a male?  i can only imagine it could be very humiliating and painful experience....smiles.

This was related to me by a close personal friend while she was in school to become an Aesthetician.
While they were learning to do bikini waxes (on females) the woman demonstrating the waxing techniques was explaining why it is very important to never attempt a bikini wax on a male unless you are absolutely certain of what you are doing. Waxing that area on a male is very difficult and can cause serious injury if not done properly, not the least of which would be ripping open the scrotal sack.
In Nebraska, where I live, in order to be legally certified to perform bikini waxes on men, you must be a licensed Aesthetician for 5 years and then take and pass a 6 month certification course in male waxing.
Just so you know how easily things can go wrong, there is a woman (whose name escapes me) that is famous in the aesthetics community for being one of the country's most experienced waxers.
She is known as "The Queen of Wax." About two years ago at a waxing workshop, she was demonstrating a male bikini wax for a large audience, and even with her level of experience still managed to make a critical error.
The man's scrotal sack was ruptured and, although he received immediate medical attention and made a full recovery, he still required 18 stitches.
If you still want to risk a bikini wax, you should know that given the level of liability involved, any reputable place that offers male bikini waxing will demand that you sign a liability waiver beforehand.
If you are not asked to sign a waiver, DO NOT trust these people with the family jewels.

A safer alternative would be to shave, (I know you said it isn't smooth enough) You could try bikini shavers. They're like a mini razor with a guarded blade that's pretty much cut-proof. They can get a lot closer to the skin and I find they give a closer and smoother shave. They're made by Neutrogena and you can buy a 3 pack at Walmart for right around $3.00. I use those on my bikini area, and I know they work for men too because my husband used them  when we were together.
If you want something more permanent, go for laser hair removal. It lasts forever and it's a lot safer (for men at least) than waxing.

Have done lazer and electrolysis on the genitals, smooth as glass and no stubble.  A little more money and lots more time but when it is done you are smooth.

Hmm.  The words "hard" and "limit" knock politely on the window of the forefront of my mind.

I'm sorry?

Oh, you're 'word-less'?

Yup, I can understand that!

It means that you speak the truth.

I just bought one of these, and I love it:   http://hairremoval.about.com/b/2009/04/14/new-schick-quattro-trim-style-for-women.htm

The trimmer really gives a close shave if you remove the cap (as specified on the package).  The nice thing is that it's quite narrow, so it gets in all sorts of corners.  I'm sure your dominant could find uses for the razor end of it, too.

Of course, if you were my sub, I'd suggest we make a joint project out of it.  Hours of fun can be had by simply tweezing those pesky hairs away. [:D]

Ah, cheers.

To the OP.

Try using this powder, it is better than using a razor.

Pretty easy to use a hair removal cream too.
Lots of that sort of product available - you can easily get then entire nether region, front & back all by yourself.

Always the best Diva~Zya

Well, we wouldn't have to get rid of all the hair in one session.  Honestly, you make it sound like I'm some kind of sadist or something.

LadyHexx -> RE: male bikini waxing (6/23/2009 5:30:59 PM)

I agree with above poster, make it a fun play session!

Just my 2 cents, based on my short experience.
Shaving's main problem is that your hairs get stronger with time, and you end up needing it done almost everyday, to get a satisfactory smoothness, like with your beard.
My second half, is aesthetician, and we moved to waxing.
I strongly discourage of doing the ballsack with wax. Plain and simple. And this is also true for the skin around the shaft. Use if for any other areas around but not those. Also, we use some specific gentle wax (called "pellicule wax"?? -not sure of the translation), work in small spots.
For the result, however, you shouldn't expect straightforward, fully satisfying results lasting long.
While waxing has the advantage of getting the hair thinner and easier with repetitions, you'll still face issues:
- risk of incarnated hair, more frequent the first times, and also more frequent -IMHO- where skin is more stressed by clothes (like the trouser's belt, ...)
- many hair will break, (also more frequently the first times)rather than being removed completely, resulting in non-homogenous regrowth.
- you still need to do it for the ballsack, and shaft. I do it with a tweezer for those. And while it may be personal, I find it less painfull than other areas.

For technique, well, she's the pratician, but I would say that one good thing is to cut hair a bit, if they are long (leave around 6 or 7 mm max), otherwise hair gets mixed, and you're risking more breakage. Not too short, otherwise the wax has no grip on the hair. Prepare skin with a specialized product that must be applied beforehand.

Again, don't expect immediate results! Specifically, if you shaved a lot, like I did, it will take more waxing, to get a result that is satisfactory. And I also strongly think that laser is by far best if you want long-term results. Yet to be experienced by myself though.

I have become slightly mentally ill about "hair down there."

The first time was the very, very easiest. I just pulled it out with my hands.

Now what do you do? Shaving is lame. I had to shave twice a day at least.

I then tried "Majic Shave." This is a not so powerful dipilatory cream designed for black men. This is far superior to shaving. But still....

Next i tried a Braun emasculator... i mean epilator. This is an evil, evil evil device. omg. every sadist should own one and direct it's use.

Waxing was next. wax strips... meh. too time consuming and not very effective.

Tried a Nair "sugaring" kit (very similar to waxing). This is heated in the microwave. This method works pretty well and i used it for ~ 6 months. Waxing ~ once a week to let the hair grow out to sugaring lenghth.

Best yet is a nair waxing kit. Also heated in the microwave. The advantage over the sugaring kit is that the hair does not have to be as long. The results aver very good.

I wax ~ 3 times a week and do clean up every day with fine needle-nose pliers.

Also, i lufa my "area" with a pumus stone, lightly, in the morning and evening to stave off ingrown hairs.

Hope this ramble helps!

ok. i read your message. sorry to butt in and i hope this prompts others to reply.

my professional wax experience:.

called the wax-a-toreum and spoke with a young lady, at great length, and in what seemed to be excuciating detail regarding the service i was seeking. the conversaton included the words "penis" and "testicles."

ariving the following day for a lunch time appointment i walked into the reception area. i got some odd looks from the women, young and older, waiting there. mostly high school girls and their moms.

i signed in, sat and proceeded to avoid curious looks until i was called.the attractive young lady at the recpetion desk asked my name and how could they help me. the follwing minutes of confused conversation with series of women ended when the  manager (a woman) arrived and listened to my retelling of who i was and why i was there.

She then informed me that they did not serve men.

She started in with "i am so sorry. i know this must be very upsetting for you. i'm so sorry. are you ok." i just turned and walked out to the car and drove off, wishing i had parked with my vanity plates facing *away* from the plate glass.

lots of laughs :p

LadyHibiscus -> RE: male bikini waxing (6/24/2009 9:04:25 PM)

Was it fun saying "testicles" on the phone? [8D]

I have to recommend avoiding any nair type product around the sac...  those depilatory creams are really quite harsh, and not meant for thin or delicate skin.  Tweezing remains the easiest, way, or.... just live with the hair, neatly trimmed!  I can't abide a shrubbery myself, but a tidy trim is perfectly fine.  If they whine about hairs getting stuck in the clothespins, the alternatives are clear! [:D]

Imakemensquirm -> RE: male bikini waxing (6/26/2009 3:06:15 AM)

I've alway found that a good old fashioned straight razer is the best way to get your subby perfectly smooth.  It's also so much fun to watch the fear in his eyes as he watches you come at him, his wrists and ankles secured so that he's not going anywhere.  It's amazing how still they will be when there is a sharp blade around that part of them.
