CreativeDominant,

in my experience if something is to near to work it fascinates or is not in the least interesting.

Yanno, tis funny...and I really don't mean to hijack the thread...but would/could someone tell me why I have no problem doing accupuncture on my patients but the whole idea of sticking needles in a submissive just doesn't do much for me?  Perhaps it IS the fact that I've done so much needle-sticking with the accupuncture OR the fact that with the accupuncture needles, they don't cause much in the way of pain because of being stuck in a specific spot and are such small-guage needles?

Hmmmmm....I don't know CD. Sir would seem to be the opposite of what you are describing as that is exactly what he does....sticks needles in people all day long. He still gets a lot of enjoyment out of needleplay though.

See? This is what happens when a UM that didn't get the Lite Brite he asked for as a child grows up into a Domly type

Kidding. Loved the pics, Mist! Not really surprised that Francine was the first one to say it looked like a Lite Brite, as that's the first thing I thought of, too!

So, for me it is probably somewhere between the two endpoints ZenDragoness mentioned...I do it every day and it sort of seems more like work but after seeing your pix, I admit to being a bit more "tweaked" about it.  And Lady Pact sent me a nice cmail detailing a way that might make it even more interesting so, given that I know certain someones who are curious about this play, it might be something for me to give more thought to...

Unfortunately I didn't get to leave them in for too long. About an hour, maybe a little more. It was a pretty big party and I was walking around all lit up selling glow bracelets to raise money for an important charity, when not once but twice, people ran into my back pretty hard! I would have thought I was easy to see but apparently not...lol. So Sir took them out so that I (or anyone else) wouldn't get injured.

You can help this by corking the ends of the needles. Just get little corks, size 0000, and pierce the ends of the needles into them, without going all the way through. This doesn't of course, do anything about the blood. For small things, you can tape some saran wrap over the artwork, but I think you'd have had a hard time with this design!

Beautiful mist! And yes, very brave to go through the long wait and antici ... pation!

Have to say that when Master did needleplay on my boobs i cracked up laughing as it was an anticlimax as far as the pain went! There wasn't any! He had about 30 needles in and i didn't feel a single one going in ... and only 1 coming out! i didn't go wandering around joggling them though ... and my first thought when i see needleplay is still ouch!

See if it will let me post yet....grrrr......

I don't find needles painful either, I find them annoying. That is pretty much the reason that I don't enjoy needle play. Reminds me of way too many trips to doctors, hospitals and emergency rooms!

Yay! it went through!
