Status: offline 		Unable to find a suitable live-in slave, I have placed My lovely home and slave quarters on the market for $525K. This is a gorgeous property on a private half acre with beautiful gardens and a mature orchard, just 200 feet from a large wooded park with miles of trails, above Lake Washington on Seattle's prestigious "Eastside". I am still looking for a suitable slave, but am also looking for a buyer.. I will accept whichever comes first.

Status: offline 		My home is on two levels. I live on the main floor (above) and have a 1250 sq ft "slave Quarters" below My living area.. which has its own separate entrance and driveway. I used to have a live-in slave and it worked very well. There is nothing obvious about this floor being for slaves, it could be a MIL, older kids "apartment", a home business, etc. The property is 20 minutes north of Bellevue, near Lake Washington, in a quiet little neighborhood surrounded by parks. My lifestyle is very private, there is no obvious "dungeon", but the house works very well for a Mistress/slave situation!

Status: offline 		This really does look like a perfect set up for my slut training and breeding center.... but I am familiar with the area.... its lovely. A sub and I used to play in the area in the 80's.

The challenge is that the people while good people were a bit nosy and too interested in the comings and goings.

Status: offline 		The property is VERY private, in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by parks, on almost a half acre, lots of trees and a huge English Laurel hedge in front (as shown in the photo of the street, above.) I have one slave who is very noisy when I whip him and I have never had any problem with neighbors. <wicked smile> There is also a separate driveway for the slave quarters.. and a mature orchard in back. It's a gorgeous property!

Wouldn't it be funny if....

Not to worry. I'm looking for something in a timber frame construction. Anyway, SeattleDreamHomes.com, seemed to be the most responsive realtor to my inquiries.
You might want to check them out.

Judging from the photos, You not only have an immaculate piece of real estate in an exceptionally beautiful area. A property such as Yours would be worth twice the price You are asking if it were located her in my area.

It is too bad that You have decided to give it up, but from what You have said (and i am not sure if i am correct in this assumption), Your property is probably too much work for one person alone. Keeping property in good condition is not only expensive, but time-consuming as well. i know this from my own experience.

i own a house in Sonoma County, California, which has doubled in value since it's purchase in 1994. I should not complain, but when i moved here, i had only one neighbor, and this hosue the only one on the block, so i had a great place for hosting parties and such.

However, the developers and the City have elected to build 21 homes on a 3.8-acre parcel of land right next door, and all of the traffic will be routed in and out, using the street that my house faces.

i was astounded as to how they could get away with changing the neighborhood in such a way, so i began a petition drive, constructed a Website, and began to enlist the help of my nieghborhood, since this project would impact them as well. My complaints to the Community Development Department, the Mayor, and the City Council was met with little or no concern. i fought it for the most part of last year, but due to greed and corruption of our local legislators, they finally won.

In short, when You think You have found the best possible property in a wonderfully-beautiful setting, all of this can change in an instant.

Please excuse the rant, but as You can see, i'm still angry over this. And if not for the termperate climate here (except for a couple of months of rain day after day), it is one of the nicest places one can imagine.

i do hope that You can find a replacement property that You will be happy with, and one where the environment won't change practically overnight.

This is the 7th house I have owned over the years. Finding an unusually large lot in a secure, well-planned neighborhood has always been one of My biggest priorities. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by a connecting system of state and county parks, above Lake Washington. No one can come in a build. There is no vacant land. I am still hoping I won't have to sell the house, but if I do, I will look for something similar. It has been wonderful living here.. going out in the back yard each morning and "picking" breakfast! The orchard was brilliantly planned so there is fresh fruit from June-October. It is idyllic!

Status: offline 		At the back of the orchard is a little cottage that could be additional slave quarters, an office, or studio. It has water, electricity, and phone lines, but does need some work.

Status: offline 		Could you post more photos? It looks lovely, but the price is pretty hard to take, even for a college graduate with a decent career. I might move to Seattle in a few months, because I like big cities, and I like the Pacific Northwest, and Seattle is both.

Most of what is described is valuable to vanilla couples as well. I agree that the house seems nearly ideal for BDSM, but I'm not sure I'd be willing to spend a lot of money for that. Nice opaque blinds or an underground basement (preferably both) is about all I need from a BDSM standpoint, for privacy. Maybe I'd also like one more bedroom/bathroom than most people require, so that I have one for both of us and one just for me.

Status: offline 		I have an offer on My home, but the offer was contingent on financing and the "buyer's" assets have been frozen in a civil dispute.. so although the terms of the "Purchase & Sale Agreement" are still binding (for several more days) I am putting My home back on the market. This is an outstanding property and would be a wonderful investment, as well as a perfect home for anyone in search of quiet & privacy, in a unique Eastside location, near Lake Washington and several parks!

Status: offline 		The release date for the pending sale has passed, so My home is officially back on the market. The tulip magnolias are in bloom, as well as the camellias, and the first of the rhododendrons and fruit trees! This is a gorgeous property! Serious inquires only, please.
