I've been to busy out in the back yard with the smoker.... and a couple racks of extra meaty ribs, a brisket, a shitload of split hickory logs, and my homemade bbq dry rub that got applied to the meat after it had been allowed to brine for 16 hours and then marinate in a second wet rub of mead, mustard, worchestershire, basalmic vinegar, and a dash of chipotle tabasco.... I've gotta go back out there in a few minutes, and throw a bit more wood in the firebox of the smoker...
