Okay servant I'll bite,lets say you have this custom built pro military Secretary......what exactly does he need to do different that enables us to persevere in South East Asia.What new policies does he need to convince his President to undertake.....escalate the bombing...wait we did that.Conduct an illegal and covert war in Laos and Cambodia....oh wait we did that.Conduct political assinations....oh wait we did that.
