I will be renting out space in my house beginning in mid-August. You will get a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and shared use of a living room. Utilities will be paid, and you will also get satellite TV and wireless Internet. The soundproofing is nonexistent, so I need a kink-friendly tenant. So I'm advertising here.
