One of my best friends most prized possession is a collar from the 1800s worn by a real African-America slave. (And, no, he's not into kink. He's into history.) The actual collar is actually quite heavy (perhaps 20-30 pounds) and large enough to be uncomfortable and restrictive. Has anyone else had the chance to see the genuine thing?

Them were forced labourers. They would run away when not chained. Slaves do not run away from their owner. That would be as silly as a hand or another organ running away from its body.

One of My pets had a lovely set of shackles. heavy and cold, locking. ankle chains and neck. I just dumped them out of My play bag this morning coz I'm taking the play bag with Me to San Francisco tomorrow! Always the best Diva~Zya
