Hey,

I uploaded some good pictures on my profile.  However, they came up grainy.  I have them on other sites and they are not grainy - why is this?

Fix it please

Ummmmm, are you really ordering the CollarChat support system to fix a problem on the CollarMe system by way of a forum posting? Huh. That oughta be effective. Better than, oh, say, contacting the CM support system thru the link at the bottom of every CM page, huh?

It's no good posting on collarchat about an issue on CM.  They are different.
You probably just need to just alter the size of the image or cut it better or have a poke at the levels.

My expectation was not assistance from collar me.  Rather just that of a friendly user as quoted above.  I will try size?!?!

yep resize them a little
they don't need to be so big when you post them.....I think 640x480 on 100% quality will even do for a jpg

Also, watch the width in regards to the length.  Sometimes, a landscape or a cropped image will be condensed when it's posted, that makes the image a bit grainy or distorted.
