One thing I would like to add here, is the need for a safe word that is not one you would normally use. I understand that you want to be raped, but sometimes things go wrong when you least expect it, so a safe word specifically set up for the rape scene may indeed come in handy. My former sub loved rape play and constantly told me "No", not meaning it. It added to the fantasy. No is not a safe word to me, in that circumstance, so hearing it meant nothing to me. However, he did have a safe word that if needed, he could use to stop all play, instantly.

Any sort of "consensually non-consensual" scene should have safe word's.

Yeah, if "red" is your usual safeword, no need to invent a separate one just for rape play, but any time one or both people like doing the "no, stop" thing as a part of the scene, a different safeword can be a good idea. They aren't foolproof/failsafe, though, and the top or dominant still needs to pay attention to how the bottom or submissive is reacting. The very few times that I've needed to safeword, I couldn't speak at all. When a strike hits that hard, I freeze, and it kind of takes my breath away for a few seconds before I can make any noise, much less coherent words. Sometimes when I'm very submissive toward someone, I can only babble, like babytalk, rather than saying "no," or "red," or my own name. So, I'm careful about who I play with - that I can react that way, that they can read my body language, etc.

Back to the OP, I think a good idea is to discuss with your Mistress some of the headspace part of what's going on in your desire for rape play. Are you drawn to rough body play and physical struggling? Are you focused on the penetration? Do you want the humilation of being overcome by a woman who is smaller than you, and need talk to go along with it? Do you want to feel like a slut who "deserves it"? (not that women who are raped do, but I can see that being an element of the fantasy scenario) Would bondage enhance it, or make it feel more contrived? I'm not saying that she'll necessarily go along with everything you envision, but if you can figure out what aspects you are particularly drawn to, it will help her make it a more satisfying experience for both of you.

Several people had some good suggestions, but I had the impression that you actively enjoy the rough play and feeling overpowered, rather than being taken by surprise or having more of a psychological approach (ie. blackmail). I really enjoy wrestling/playfighting, and I'm pretty strong even though I'm petite. I'd suggest taking a martial arts class together to get comfortable with falls/takedowns and some strikes, and do some sparring. For a more silly "aggressive" playfighting scene, you could always do a pillowfight or use a kiddy pool in the garage or something for jello wrestling!

The reason that I suggested getting out to the r/t community is there are various ways that Liz (per the OP) could learn different strategies for take downs, since it seems that the male of the couple is interested somewhat in the resistance part of the play. Also, it might be fun if other Tops were included, solely for the purpose of the restraint part of the scene. I've participated in stuff like this, where others were invited and their only role is to help to subdue the bottom. (Ask Me sometime why I actually own a Domino's delivery car sign.)

While pretend blackmail can be fun, there are many other ways to play such games, with or without involving others. Rape scenes provide a wealth of opportunities for all kinds of role play, abduction, resistance, and other fun twists.

It was a slightly awkward proposition in that the 'target' sub was a military man and trained in unarmed combat. I think the general conclusion was that tricks rather than brute-overpowering were the best way to go.

But, come to think of it, I don't remember having seen or heard of the lady who started that thread since.

There are many tactics that a woman can use to put a man into a compromised position. Seduction, surprise, and bondage, especially when used together, can be very effective. If a woman gets a man sexually aroused, the first thing on his mind is NOT to protect himself against a potentially nefarious plan she may have in mind.
